- Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina - Home Office
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (5 days), scheduled within a 24/7 shift system including weekends and holidays

Job description:
- Consecutive interpreting between English and Bosnian in fields such as medical, banking, insurance, emergency services, and customer support
- Note-taking to ensure accurate interpretation
- Live online audio and video interpreting via PC application
- Applying security, customer, and client protocols
- Continuous improvement of general and industry-specific vocabulary
- Providing impartial communication support between clients and their customers
- Performing all interpreting duties in line with client instructions and best practices
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Bosnian (spoken and written)
- Permanent residence and registered address in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 schedule)
