TP B&H is looking for a Solution Architect responsible for the solution design and technical implementation of Operate & Assist solutions (including Operate Insights, translation tools, and Knowledge Management) for GSM clients.

This role combines data integration and architectural expertise with the ability to structure, manage, and drive implementations through to Go-Live. Key focus areas include data flows between client systems and TP platforms, BI/Reporting integration, and structured technical project management.

Responsibilities & Duties



Solution Design & Architecture

  • Developing solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations based on client requirements
  • Ensuring technical consistency and feasibility prior to project launch
  • Systematically executing technical checklists for each tool (including Operate Insights, Centrical, Knowledge Base, etc.)

Data Integration & Architecture

  • Ensuring data flow between client systems and TP platforms (including EMA) — covering data formats, interfaces, and data quality
  • Connecting BI/Reporting systems (especially Power BI) to operational data sources
  • Understanding data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., PII Redaction) during data integration

Project Management & Implementation

  • End-to-end project accountability for Operate & Assist implementations: from solution design and data integration to Go-Live
  • Managing stakeholder communication with client IT, internal QA, and operations teams

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues (e.g., translation tools, system integrations)
  • Coordinating with internal IT support (ticket creation, triggering installations)
  • Collaborating with QA teams to ensure solution quality

Automation & Analytics

  • Identifying automation and data analytics opportunities within operational processes (workflow and reporting automation)
  • Driving the continuous development of technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation (architecture, data flows, implementation checklists)
  • Actively sharing knowledge within the team and with operations colleagues

The Qualifications



Education

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field

Professional Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar role
  • Proven track record in implementing operational business technologies (e.g., QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems)

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Sound knowledge of data integration and system architecture (APIs, data flows, interfaces)
  • Solid expertise in Power BI (reporting, data modeling)
  • Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions (e.g., knowledge bases, translation tools)
  • Structured project management and technical documentation skills
  • Basic understanding of workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Power Automate) is a plus
  • Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) environment is a plus

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
