The Position



We are looking for a Supervisor for a project with our client in the food industry.

As a Supervisor (m/f/d), you will lead and manage a team both functionally and administratively. You will monitor team performance, take responsibility for your team's success, and drive continuous improvement to ensure key targets are met. On a daily basis, you will motivate, coach, and manage your team members.

 

  • Start Date: 23 September 2026
  • Location Type: Remote (On-site training required)
  • Training & Onboarding: The onboarding program takes place on-site in Sarajevo, Monday through Friday.For candidates residing outside of Sarajevo, Teleperformance will provide:

- 100% covered accommodation during the training period

- Initial transportation from the candidate's city of residence to Sarajevo

- Local transportation related to the onboarding period-

- Weekend return transportation to the candidate's home city (if the employee chooses to travel home for the weekend)
Upon successful completion of the training, the position transitions primarily to Work at Home (WAHA).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Daily leadership and motivation of the team to achieve set targets and goals
  • Conducting coaching sessions and regular performance feedback meetings
  • Promoting internal communication and fostering collaboration within the team and across other departments
  • Implementing internal and client-specific processes efficiently
  • Adapting quickly to changes and driving flexibility within the team

Your Profile & Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of escalations, sensitive customer cases, and operational risks, with the ability to make sound, immediate decisions
  • Proven ability to monitor, analyze, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, and SLAs—with a clear focus on daily execution
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, process compliance, and the regulatory requirements of strictly regulated industries
  • Flexibility to support onboarding, nesting, and training activities during ramp-up phases
  • Strong competence in coaching, developing, and motivating consultants to consistently ensure high quality and compliance
