The Position

We are looking for a new Quality Assistant for a project with our client in the food industry.

As a Quality Assistant, you will ensure consistently excellent service quality within your team. In this role, you will support your supervisors in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets by providing actionable, structured work instructions and continuously motivating the team.

Start Date: 23 September 2026

Location Type: Remote (On-site training required)
Training & Onboarding: The onboarding program takes place on-site in Sarajevo, Monday through Friday.For candidates residing outside of Sarajevo, Teleperformance will provide:

- 100% covered accommodation during the training period

- Initial transportation from the candidate's city of residence to Sarajevo

- Local transportation related to the onboarding period-

- Weekend return transportation to the candidate's home city (if the employee chooses to travel home for the weekend)
Upon successful completion of the training, the position transitions primarily to Work at Home (WAHA).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Conducting transaction monitoring for all employees within the program
Preparing and documenting feedback for team members, collaborating closely with the Supervisor (m/f/d)
Creating brief training sessions and deriving actionable measures to ensure consistently high quality through refresher trainings and assessments
Ensuring quality and effectiveness in alignment with internal guidelines and external standards as part of our successful certification
Occasional direct contact with the client

Your Profile

Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
Strong affinity for interpreting key metrics and performance indicators
Analytical and logical thinking, combined with a high awareness of quality
Confident handling of various client tools and systems
QA experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
